Measure up and custom selections
Having a suit tailor-made allows you to customise every element to your liking during a 1:1 consultation at The Suite. You have plenty of time to consider your options and make selections you are happy with.

- Discuss how you like your suit to fit
- Select your preferred fabric and buttons
- Choose your preferred style elements
- Work out the best length
You get to learn about different collar and construction styles, and compare the qualities of each fabric.
Allow 60 minutes for this process.
Leave it to us
Having made lots of notes about your selections and fit preferences, your fitting stylist finalises your order.
Your suit is then custom made according to your selections, and is pressed and ready for a first fitting after 6-8 weeks. You get an email to let you know when it is finished and ready to try on.
Try on your suit
At this fitting, we want to be sure your suit is sitting correctly and is comfortable at the shoulders, body and neck. We also check all the fitting elements for any refinements.
In most cases, the suit is ready to take home. But sometimes it needs a few extra little adjustments to get the fit right – especially when having a suit made with us for the first time.
If you do need adjustments, we add these to your notes that are kept on file for future orders. Just as before, we email you as soon as the work is complete. Allow 15–20 minutes for this fitting.
Final fitting and collection
At your final fitting, we make sure the additional adjustments are to your liking. This is a pretty quick fitting that takes around 1o minutes.
You can then return within 30 days of collection if something isn’t quite right and we will happily address any issues.
If you enjoyed the process, you also have the opportunity to set up a subscription service for new suits and shirts. Repeat orders are simple, because we have your measurements and preferences on file.
